While I was online the other day I came across this post Vargas about a man named Guillermo Habacucdecided that it would be art to capture a dog, with the help of two children and put that dog on display in an art gallery so that people could shuffle past and watch it. None of that is the sad or reprehensible part, the "artist" (Which is a term that I use loosely and sarcastically) Guillermo Habacuc Vargas thought that what would make this art is not to feed the dog anything at all. That is the reprehensible thing but the real sad part about this story is that the art exhibition was a success and Guillermo has been chosen to represent his country in the Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008. There is a petition to stop this from being an exhibition which can be found here, it is in another language but it is easy to figure out.
